From Story to Product: A Bracelet Design Demo

To show how our design process works, we've prepared a concept demo. This is not a real customer order — it's a demonstration of what you can expect when you submit a design brief.

The brief: A traveler wants a bracelet that captures the feeling of a solo trip through coastal Portugal — the blue of the Atlantic, the warmth of sunlit tiles, and the quiet freedom of walking unfamiliar streets alone.

The concept: We developed a design direction called 'Atlantic Morning.' The palette draws from Portuguese azulejo tiles: cobalt blue, seafoam green and warm cream. The beads alternate between polished lapis lazuli (for depth) and pale aquamarine (for lightness), separated by small gold-finish spacers that echo the sun on water.

The layout: A pattern of three blues followed by one green, repeating with slight variation so no two sections are identical — reflecting how each day of travel felt different but connected. The clasp area features a single larger bead as an anchor point, representing the journey itself.

The deliverable: The design proposal includes the story, a complete bead layout diagram, a material list with quantities, making instructions, and a product description the customer could use if they wanted to document or share the bracelet.
