What you receive, when you receive it, and how digital delivery works.
In short
All Myoboku AI products are digital design services. You receive files by email within 3–5 business days after your design is confirmed. No physical shipping is involved.
Digital delivery only
Myoboku AI's products are digital design services. We deliver electronic files — we do not ship physical items, materials, or finished bracelets. All deliverables are sent to the email address you provide during checkout.
What you receive
Depending on the tier you purchased, your delivery may include some or all of the following:
- Design proposal (story, meaning and concept)
- Material suggestions
- Bead layout diagram
- Craft / making instructions
- Product visual concept
- Product description copy
- Final product images (Full tier)
- PDF product package (Full tier)
Delivery timeline
Initial design proposal: within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed brief.
Final deliverables: within 3–5 business days after you confirm the design proposal.
If a revision round is requested, delivery may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
How you receive files
Deliverables are sent to the email address associated with your order. You do not need to create an account or log in to receive your files. If you have not received your delivery within the expected timeframe, check your spam folder first, then contact us at myobokuai@gmail.com.
