Digital Product Terms
Terms that apply to Myoboku AI's digital products and design services, including AI Custom Bracelet Design.
In short
Our products are digital design documents delivered by email. You receive a personal-use license by default; commercial use requires written agreement. AI assists in the design process — we review and curate all deliverables before sending them to you.
Product nature
Myoboku AI's products are digital design services. When you purchase a product such as AI Custom Bracelet Design, you receive electronic files (design proposals, instructions, images and related content) — not a physical bracelet or physical product. We do not manufacture, ship or sell physical goods.
Digital delivery
All deliverables are sent to the email address you provide. Delivery timelines are described in our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking your inbox (including spam folder) for delivered files.
Usage rights
Personal use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a personal-use license. This means you may use the delivered design for personal projects, gifts or DIY crafting for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the design without our written consent.
Commercial use
If you wish to use the design for commercial purposes (e.g. selling products based on the design), contact us at myobokuai@gmail.com. Commercial licensing terms and any associated fees will be discussed and agreed in writing before delivery.
Your submitted content
When you submit a design brief, you may provide personal stories, images, preferences and other content. You confirm that:
- You have the right to share the content you submit
- The content does not infringe any third party's rights
- You understand we use this content solely to create your design proposal
We do not claim ownership of your submitted content. We retain your submitted information only as needed to complete your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-party materials
Our design proposals may reference or suggest materials (e.g. beads, crystals, cords) sourced from third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture, warrant or guarantee these materials. Any purchase of physical materials is between you and the supplier. We are not responsible for the quality, availability or suitability of third-party materials.
AI-assisted creation
Myoboku AI's design process uses AI tools to assist in generating design concepts, material suggestions and written content. All deliverables are reviewed and curated by us before being sent to you. AI-assisted output may contain imperfections; we encourage you to review all deliverables carefully.
We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content is eligible for copyright protection in any jurisdiction. Copyright status of AI-generated or AI-assisted work varies by jurisdiction and continues to evolve.
Prohibited use
You may not use our products or services to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful or infringes others' rights
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
- Resell our deliverables as your own design service
No health or therapeutic guarantees
Our design proposals and product descriptions may reference traditional symbolism or cultural associations of certain materials (e.g. crystals). We make no claims or guarantees regarding any medical, therapeutic, healing or health benefits. Our products are decorative and creative in nature.
